Hi everyone...
I am new to IBS and I am sometimes reckless with what I eat. I am IBS-D and I noticed that sometimes I get an attack immediately after or as I am eating something bad. But other times I can eat bad foods and not have an attack for a couple of days... I am thinking when the food gets to my colon. For instance, this Sunday I had pizza for dinner... cheese, bacon and all. And I didn't get sick. Then Tuesday (about the time the food made it to my colon?) I did, but I also had a big meeting for work and was anxious about that as well, which might have caused the attack. Any thoughts/experiences? BTW, I am still wrapping up some tests to make sure it is just IBS.

Thanks,
Olivia
