When I skip a day I definitly notice. I'm not sure if you have to drink more water, I just drink the same amount. Just make sure if you buy a stool softener, it doesn't also have a stimulant laxative in it too, cause stimulant lax are bad for you and will hurt. -------------------- IBS-C Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
