hi there

i've been a guinea pig and found it to eb a rewarding experience. when they took lotronex on the market i enrolled in the cilanseteron trial. i don't know if i got the placebo, but after a little bit they put me into the open label trial so i got the real thing. i did benefit from it and when the study ended lotronex was backon the market.

as a person who had tried everything in the book i felt i had nothing to lose since lotronex was the only thing that had helped me and the study drug is like a cousin. so be open to clinical trials. free health care, some cash (though little), and most importantly, the opportunity to find relief is something to consider. i was hesitant at first, too, but once i weighed the benefits and the few cons i knew it was a good decision. plus if it gets approved i know it will help other people. also know if you get into a study and don't feel comfortable you can leave at any time!

good luck,
amy
