We would select a portion of the specimen (we use the applicator stick unless the specimen is liquid) & add it to the container to make the fluid reach the appropriate line. So... your job at home would be to collect the stool in a container or place some SaranWrap over the toilet. Good luck! And yes it IS gross. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
