YES defintely ok. But it seems that some people just don't agree with bananas (or vice versa ) and there are people out there that have mango allergies. My mom is allergic to one kind of mango. I thought I was allergic to them too and papaya but I wasn't. Just remember if it is mushy it is safe to eat as soluble fiber.
