yet I do also get C sometimes. I haven't in a long time though.

I was at camp and ate the crap that was there, and came back and got a bad round of D. Before I'd gone out, I'd had D from about May 5. I'm not complaining, I'd rather have D than C, at least I know my food's not rotting and toxifying inside me then.

Anyways, I had a lot of dairy, and it gave me D within an hour. I had not gone for one day previously. I wouldn't call it C, and it came out soft anyhow, but a few hours later I had a TORRENT!

I wonder if I should be on Zelnorm? I love going all the time, but if I put dairy back in my life, I'd be D a LOT more than I had been when I was stabilizing. i have not had a C episode since beginning SFS, but have had D before starting Zelnorm. See why I'm confused?

But still, I've lost 11 lbs, I want to keep that momentum going. I KNOW now the diet SO works, as I feel like garbage still and have been nauseated, D and cramping all weekend.

I know ppl tlak about impaction, but I haven't been that C in ages. I honeslty found getting rid of coffee helped get rid of the C most definitely. and I haven't had a super hard poop in over a month(thank you Zelnorm.) So do you think the Zelnorm makes me that soft (as in liquid) or do you think I really am IBS-A, and regardless, my C is gone now?
