Don't o.d. on the stuff, though. I expect that a one time a.m. shot will do the job. You'll know by how your body responds. Re: peeling the apples. My juicer doesn't require me to peel apples; it does a great job at separating all that stuff. Just cut and core. One thing that I like to do to alkalize my system is to drink the juice of a lemon upon waking and before meals. Green apple is a really good cleanser--it has to be green. One note re: soy. It is known to be really constipating for some individuals. I just thought I'd mention this because you seem to consume a lot of soy. Note: I am not being critical, just observational.
