actually that sounds really good! id love to get into all those kinds of things but its hard to have them constantly at my fingertips. so far im doing pretty well making smoothies using froz.berries and FF vanilla soy.
so the apple juice really works?? i feel like im at the end of my rope and that im the one-of-a-kind IBSer in which nothing works for me. i would *so* love to be C-free *dreams about it* sooo you juice 4 peeled granny apples and pop them in the juicer? 3X a day?? how many days would you need to keep this up for? i just really need to get things moving in there. thanks for the tips! im gonna try soon when i go shopping next!
