I really hope I can get the bloating, at the least, well under control. I can not stand to look this way, I have invested so much time and effort in the gym to look like a fat out of shape person with skinny arms.
I am not imagining things, when I get bloated, my arms and muscles get smaller and my stomach gets fatter, it is like squeezing something, it takes stuff from one area, lightening that area, and replaces it in a different area making it larger appearing.
Does anybody know anything about sweating, body temperature, and being bloated? Summer is coming around, and I can't stand it where each time I get hot, before I sweat, when I walk fast, when my body temperature rises or sweats that I get bloated, why does this happen?
Is this dehydration, stress, and what can fix this?
I'm not joking around, I am getting so frustrated with how Irritable Bowel Syndrome is impairing me socially and my body it makes me want to go back home.
