IT's likely a combination of everything. I always feel the worst in the evening. What I would suggest is try to eat a little something before you drive home (something VERY safe) to keep your stomach settled, and then keep your supper safe and small. Don't eat anything heavy in the evening or you're asking for trouble. Try if you need to to eat more at lunch. I sometimes find a small snack at bedtime helps. Sometimes it makes it worse. Try a few things and see. Sleep is always an issue. Try not to worry much about it unless it's really starting to slow you down. Like naps? Hope this helps.
