I just wanted to see if what I am experincing is normal. I have D most of the time so I am used to that but for the last couple I have been having to go more often and it is almost like water (sorry to be so gross but I didn't know how else tp put it). I have been trying to stick to the diet and once my books come I will do better but I feel like since I started the diet the D is worse and I still have mild pain a lot.

Could this be from the Coleslaw I ate on Friday night still?

Thanks for all the help with my many questions!
Sarah

Sarah, If you are just starting out on the diet you may want to spend a few days on foods from " what to eat when you can't eat anything" until you get more stable. (Don't forget the soluble fiber supplements and peppermint tea.)

Raw cabbage is one of the hardest vegetables to digest and even cooked many people have problems with it, not to mention that it is a huge gas producer.
