I encourage you to leave a Tuck's pad there after you go and then come back about 15 mins later and take it out. If there is stil stuff there...do it again with a clean Tucks pad. Wiping over and over is NOT good for you at all...so I would use the Tucks as they are moist. You poor thing *big super hugs* I hope this gets better soon and that you've mentioned it to your doc. I don't recall having your specific prob per say...but it used to get so stuck I could feel it sittng there. I really hope you feel better soon...hang in there Oh...have you heard of a sitz bath?
