I have been fallowing the diet pretty well and I am feeling a little better. My question is that I have an End of the Year Banquet for a group I belong to and I wanted to see what I can eat. Here is what will be served: Roast Beef Roast Pork Tenderloin BarBQ Green Beans Buttered Sweet Corn Baked Potatoe Bow tie Pasta Salad Fruit Salad Roll Sheet Cake Can you guys please let me know what is safe.
