The products that has helped me are VSL#3 which are a very strong probiotic, food enzymes which help digest food and of course Acacia fiber. When you first start taking probiotics you will not believe how flat your tummy gets instant tummy tuck! Bad bacteria overgrowth causes bloating the probiotics are good bacteria so, after about 2 weeks i could not believe the difference.You can buy multiprobiotics at the health food stores but, the best probiotics are VSL#3 my Dr. told me about VSL#3 he said a patient of his has crhons and is off all meds because of VSL#3.So i switched from store bought to the VSL#3. its my miracle. if you want to order VSL#3 go to www.foodmd.com.
