I'll eat wheat bread for snadwiches sometimes and do fine. I also do ok with some fruit. If I eat too much fruit, it can make my gass and bloating worse. I agree, not everyones body tolerates the same things. Our bodies are obvisouly different from the "normal" peoples, so I don't think you can put too much stock in the blanket statements as to what EVERYONE should be eating! -------------------- Taking it one day at a time.....
