I substitute about 3/4's of the fat with the apple butter. The results are wonderful, moist, and delicious. HOWEVER, for some reason the apple butter causes me to feel terribly bloated and creates the most awful smelling gas. Gretchen Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
