I do plan on fallowing my doctors diet advice it just that it doesn't sound right to me. Before my friend stole my books I did read them and the high fiber diet he is suggesting sound like more insolubale fiber. I can't get to the grocery store untill Thursday to get some new foods so for now I am just eating rice crispys and trying to take it easy. I also have Panic Disorder and General Anxiety Disorder and I am sure that doesn't help the IBS. Sarah Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
