So I mentioned the whole being diagnosed with IBS-C and GERD thing 2 weeks ago, and my husband getting rushed to hospital with chest pains and weird breathing-thinking he had a heart attack last week, and they still don't know the cause....and that last Friday my cousin died...but now my uncle(that same cousin's father) has been diagnosed with bowel cancer!! My poor aunt is just beside herself. She lives for everyone else.
Anyhow, all this bad news is doing everything but getting me stable. I'm eating safely, and rtrying to relax but when there's bad health and death and dying going on all over in my family, it's almost too much....I'm a very very positive person most of the time, but I'm just devastated right now. Any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
