My SFS is not working anymore.....Do I need to change?       04/30/05 02:09 PM Edit Reply Quote KimGun Reged: 10/15/04 Posts: 80 Loc: St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Caribbean Tried acacia, benefiber and citrucel..... and found that I was having the most success with the citrucel. Now after a few months, I am finding that it is not working anymore as far as helping me go to the bathroom.... I am IBS-C.... I am up to 1 1/2 tbsp twice a day....and it is pretty filling.
