eating sweets       04/29/05 03:27 AM Edit Reply Quote Jennifer1946 Reged: 02/13/05 Posts: 123 Loc: Karachi - Pakistan I notice that there are a lot of recipes for sweet dishes. Are IBS people supposed to eat more sweets and if so, wont we have another problem on our hand with weight? I have a very, very sweet tooth and am slightly overweight. Just started my walk yesterday to reduce and it sure is a struggle to reduce but sooooo easy to put on weight. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
