Refrigeration of digestive enzymes/acidophilus?       04/28/05 01:33 PM Edit Reply Quote Lauriea Reged: 08/18/04 Posts: 35 I have been taking Digest Gold Digestive enzyme pills which contain 250 million CFU of acidophilus to help digest protein, fat, carbohydrates and fiber. I notice that I get a lot of gas with pain and bloating usually half hour to hour after eating dinner. I heard that digestive enzymes and acidophilus should be refrigerated to be effective.
