I would guess that even reduced fat oreos would still be to high in fat for our tummies to handle... remember all that fuss with oreos and trans fats? I haven't looked at the nutrition info, so I can't be certain, but I don't know if there is a way for them to make that creamy filling without milk or dairy, and it is tough to make cookies stick together without alot of fat.
If you are in the need of a choclate fix, you should check out the board fav, Anti Depressant brownies on the recipe board, they are easy to mkae, too!
