I have a nasty cold right now, and because of that, I made a bad choice the other day and I'm payin' for it. Dh came home from work super late one night and since I couldn't see past my sneezing or anything to care what i ate, we had pizza. And that was two days ago. And I've been bloated, sore and constipated for the first time in 2 weeks. So for all those who doubt out there, HEATHER KNOWS HER STUFF!!! I've been good the last couple days but you're not kidding it takes your body a few days to bounce back.
