Some days I can eat certain things and some days not. For ex. I just had a banana on an empty tummy and I went too long without eating and it gave me heartburn. This is because I was too hungry for too long and I ate too fast....NOT because I can't eat bananas. there ARE flks that cannot tolerate bananas. Then there are folks that live by em'. It's sooooo frustrating when you are just starting out. You have no idea what is safe for YOU... Keep posting. You WILL figure it out. I know...it's rough right now.
