Thank you soooo much... my PT asked me to find ALL of the ones that would be safe for ME to use and then she will pick the one that she thinks will benefit ME the most. She thinks the one I'm using now is "too clean" not really sure what that means...other then it does not pack the punch that other (non-safe IBS) meal replacements do. LOL

It's kind of gross though so I wouldn't really recommend it... lol. It was cheap at the drugstore and I didn't have time to go all the way to the mall.

The one I USUALLY use is GNC Women's "Soy Supreme" Chocolate protein powder, which is quite good. I've used that one for quite some time, but I'm still trying out other ones and such as GNC is a bit pricey.
