I find the pre-breakfast thing in the morning really helps, as LInz mentioned. Before I do anything in the morning I have a toasted english muffin and a cup of tea with acacia, just kind of hanging out and waking up in the kitchen. That helps. I also eat some good SF about an hour before going to bed - the less time you have to have an empty stomach the better, the way I see it.
I'm definitely on my way to stabilizing now but for me it kind of went - feeling sick all day, feeling sick (D) in just the mornings and being able to go on with my day just fine, to only occassionally having D in the mornings and only very rarely at other times (usually due to triggers) - which is where I'm at now.
