I took it once a few days ago because I was having some serious bloating due to unknown ingestion of sucralose, but I don't know if it really did anything. All that to say, I thought it was tremendous help when I was on it for the first 6-9months. I never, ever had any problems with diarrhea and it did pretty much make the bloating go away.
