it has been all along. but whoa, I'm going like 5 times a day! Cool or what? I hope not to be on it for long though, the fewer meds the better. i'm on 2 for asthma, 2 for allergies(I get a NASTY stuffed nose with hayfever)and Zantac for my GERD....it's be so nice if this diet would let me just eat well and take metamucil every day!I hope!!!!
But I'm so glad you are feeling good. i must admit, i haven't been C since the barium swallow 1 1/2 weeks ago. Ahhh!!
