Hello! I just tried making the Old-fashioned Banana Creme Pie (p. 244), but my crust didn't work and was too crumbly. I think my choice in biscuit (or cracker) might have been off... Can any Aussies tell me the Australian equivalent of a graham cracker??! Or do we have them? The recipe calls for 8 graham crackers, but about what size is a graham cracker? Like a Sao size, or a BBQ Shapes size?

These probably sound like really stoopid Qs, but I'm actually in Japan now, and had to choose crackers from a very unfamiliar selection, so I didn't know how many to use, or if they were even the right kind. I used an Italian 'soya biscuit' containing wheat flour, soya flour, sugar, vege oil, glucose syrup, baking powders, salt & flavours.

I'm still so clueless about ingredients
