Please please please understand that it takes a while to get stabilized. The safe foods that you are eating are great but it's going to take some time.
Have you gone on the "what to eat when you can't eat anything" diet for any period of time yet? (web page) If not, I'd highly recommend that you eat just the foods on that list for a few days - and only a few days. It's certainly a boring diet, but it's just for a few days (no more) and it will help soothe your gut. Then you can carefully start reintroducing other foods using the tips on that page.
