I think it applies to GI Dr's as well I saw 2 on my own, 2 in the hospital and then finally found the good one with try #5. What you have to do is this, when you find SOME Dr you think is really really sharp, I mean ANY kind, ear Dr, Gyn, whatever, you ask them who they would go to for a GI problem..The smart Dr's have smart friends or relatives, and that is how I found the good one I have now.
