Unfortuneately there aren't any 100% conclusive tests for Gluten Intolerance that I know of. There are a couple of stool/gene tests, but they are somewhat controversial at this point as there's only one place that seems to test for it right now. I'm guessing that the gene test might pan out one day as it makes a lot of sense given the article that I posted just a few minutes ago. There is an antibody test, but again you can be GI and still test negative in this test. As I did. Finally, it wouldn't hurt to have these tests done, but just know it won't 100% rule out Gluten Intolerance. Though you might be able to rule it out by not eating it for a while, and then if you feel better either know that it was that or try eating gluten again and seeing how you feel.
