Has anyone Been to PUBLIX lately       04/14/05 09:20 AM Edit Reply Quote trapley Reged: 03/16/05 Posts: 43 Loc: Miami, FLorida Hey guys, Yesterday I went to publix to pick up some Ezekial bread and I was in organic heaven! Publixs is a grocery store chaine that is throughout Florida and I guess some parts of the South. I was soo excited. They had organic, dairy and gluten free cookies. Gluten Free Flour.... Quinoa Pasta, since Pasta made with Semolina causes problems in me.....Just about everything that I have changed my diet. If you guys have a publix, check it out. I bought some really good Gluten Free and Dairy Free Blueberry Waffles that I ate for Breakfast today. I am soo amped, and cannot wait to go grocery shopping again! The foods are located in the Greenwise section throughout the store. I know that in north carolina, Harris Teeter carries alot of organic and natural foods -------------------- Keep Smiling Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
