Currently - am only eating turkey and chicken (white meat). I do not like fish - am a matter of fact several years ago I was in Portugal and had to eat fish every day and broke out in a rash every day. I have never eaten rabbit (though we had them as pets growing up). I love lamb but have not had it since I started the diet. I did eat meat prior to the diet - but not a lot. Did not notice it as a trigger.

I am currently dairy free...I love dairy - but it binds me up..and gives me gas.

I eat peanut butter most days as a source of protein - no problem.

On veggies - I agree with corn - I must stay away from it. I have always had a problem with corn. Peppers - not sure about. Will pay more attention.

On the coffee - I have been caffeine free since last June. Decaf for almost 2 years prior. I still have a lot of acid.

It is always interesting to see stuff like this. Thanks for pointing me in the direction. Anne
