I know a lot of mine, and some of mine are weird...
*dairy (though I can have casein in rice cheese and be ok) *meat (I'm a vegetarian now, practically a vegan) *anything high in fat *almonds *caffeine *alcohol *sorbitol or any other wood alcohol sugars *whole wheat *raw fruits and veggies *broccoli and cauliflower *anything spicy (it does not help having a boyfriend from Houston sometimes!) *stress *not getting enough sleep *soy (except for some reason, soy sauce is ok...) *heat/humidity *carbonation *eating too much in one sitting *not getting enough IF *not drinking enough water
I think that's most of them....I'm IBS-A, btw.
