How old were you when IBS began? Probably around 18 is when I noticed that I was having horrible C. I can remember a few incidents where I was literlly crying on the toilet because it was stuck or I couldn't get it out!

How long have you been helped "Heather style"? Since October. I don't follow strictly but use Acacia every day, no dairy, no red meat, and no fried foods. My stomach was a mess after I had my son so I had to do something!
