dairy too little IF compared with SF (I get D) too much IF compared with SF (I get C) carbonated beverages spicy food (maybe this just gives me indigestion) coffee and caffeine artificial sweeteners stress (Horse shows bring on the D!! And there are often only port-a-johns, and not very many of them! )
I don't know about really greasy, high fat food - I haven't eaten much of it in years; likewise red meat.
Thanks for starting this thread...I'm getting ideas from other people's lists...Definitely some things I hadn't thought about that may be triggers.
