I'm still sick a lot but I know for sure that
Alcohol-2 sips will have my belly churning and multiple loo trips.
Fat-a big greasy pizza or mc donalds also have me off to the loo for a long time.
Stress-boy oh boy, this is the worst thing for me. I suffer a lot of it and it always makes me ill.
Anxiety-goes hand in hand with stress.
Red meat-I can have some but if I ate a meat pie at lunch and a roast lamb for dinner then I get twisting pains.
Chocolate-again, like alcohol, 2 pieces and I'm in major pain. I seem to do okay with cocoa though.
It doesn't seem to matter how much coffee I drink or whether or not I have dairy, I don't feel any better off them but I think I may have a problem with lactose. Likewise with cold food. Not a problem for me. Hope this helps (or interests you )
