I was doing okay on Citrucel for about 3-4 weeks, with approx. 1 tbsp. in the a.m. and 1 tbsp. in the p.m. Recently, I have not been able to have proper bowel movements like before, and I have increased the dose to 1 1/2 tbsp. in the a.m. and same in the p.m., but not having much success. I find the citrucel (clear mix) to thicken quite quickly. Any advice on how to return to having a regular bowel movement? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
