You've always been a bit different (coffee, no SFSs, etc) haven't you? Medicinenet.com has some great info on celiac, especially this web page on the different blood tests - one isn't a reliable diagnostic so you have to get the right one! I think the reliable antibody test is the best test for celiac as although they SHOULD spot it if they take a biopsy (during a colonoscopy or endoscopy) I think it's a bit like testing for an IBD in that they can pick a spot that happens to be less damaged! Getting tested for the other types of colitis is a plan tho. Plus, remember that you could be gluten or wheat intolerant w/out having celiac! Good luck...let us know how it all pans out! PS.
