Dietary Fiber       04/07/05 03:41 PM Edit Reply Quote barb61578 Reged: 12/14/04 Posts: 2 Loc: Bozrah, BT Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of fiber dietary fiber is? For instance I got a frozen tofu lazagna and it has 6 grams of dietary fiber. Is that Soluble or Insoluble fiber? Packages very rarily break it down for you, so how are we supposed to know if it is high in Soluble or Insoluble? Thank you to anyone who can help me. Barb Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
