Actually, I AM able to eat rice, rice noodles, potatoes, and corn. (I have no idea what quinoa is.) The reason I'm not eating that stuff is because of the diet; I'm losing weight without it, which is a good thing, because I have to reduce my weight, cholesterol and blood pressure, and so far, thanks to the diet, I AM. My numbers are dropping. By my June doc's appointment I should be down sufficiently such that he won't have to put me on cholesterol meds. That's my goal.
I have a call in to my doc to get tested; thanks. But if it's nothing serious, I'm gonna be one happy camper! Cutting out bread is nothing, compared with being able to eat all the fresh fruit and veggies I want, while having no cramps whatsoever, and especially no BIG D! YIPPEE!
