Problem is...       04/07/05 02:03 PM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois not all of us are doing so well. I've been trying this diet for quit a while now, and I am in just as much pain and as symptomatic as ever. I want just want it to work for me like it has helped all you others. Don't mean to be a party pooper, but I'm just not getting better. So I am still in the group that would be sitting in the audience feeling hopeless with my IBS. Unfortunately, there seem to be others on the board who also continue to suffer despite trying their best to do everything the diet recommends. Are we doing something wrong? Why won't the EFI work for us? Does this diet approach just not work for some folks? I love these boards and all the wonderful folks here. The support has been a life-saver to me. I don't think I could handle this all alone. Unfortunately, I have had no success so far with any reduction in symptoms. I know these boards have helped many of you, but I just wish I was one of you. Please don't kick me off for posting this downer. I need you guys!
