I'm sure it can help some poeple but it didn't make much of a difference for me. The Beano does help with know gas-producing foods, like beans. I also take LOTS of gas-x. Typically between 4-6 gas-x a day. It doesn't really reduce the amount of gas you have, it just makes it less painful. It helps to break up the gas bubbles inside so it seems to help a bit with bloating and tummy rumbles.
