That was what I was when I was so dehydrated. Do you take a SFS? Regulating my symptoms with one helped me so much. Also, ask your pharmacist for rehydration salts - plain water will go straight through you when you badly dehydrated. What other meds are you on? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
