Arbitrarily picking a weight doesn't take into account factors like bone structure and build, or muscle, which weighs more than fat. Everyone in my family is "dense", we weigh a lot more than people think we do for our size. So I'm 5'2", and I range between 125-130. If it were a perfect world, I'd weigh less than that, but the truth is that I look and feel healthy at this weight, and I'd really have to drastically diet to get any smaller. To give you an idea, 125 is what doctors would consider the upper limit of what I should weigh for my height. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
