Has anyone tried...

Has anyone tried Robert's Complex? It's a product that I have previous purchased at health food stores for my IBS. It's for all of the IBS types. It has things in it like Slippery Elm, Okra, Marshmellow (not the candy!) and so forth. It makes a gel that helps to make everything run smoother and reduce attacks though in no way does it replace soluble fibre or proper diet. It's meant to help aid in making attacks less frequent.
I find that it actually helps me to feel better. Has anyone else used it? I was wondering how it is long term?
I had stopped taking it and am going to start again soon!
