Yeah, weight loss can be a huge problem for LC (Lymphocytic Colitis), so I'm guessing your right, if I lost a lot of weight then I should be concerned about anemia. I'm gonna have to look more into this. Last years blood tests showed no signs of anemia for me, but then my symptoms are pretty mild compared to others with LC. A bunch of them have *D* 15 or more times a day, for days at a time. Some have more mild symptoms like my own, but can affect ones life negatively as well.

The one problem with vitamins is that absorbtion can be limited as well. Though I imagine that since they are concentrated perhaps more gets into the body than via real food sources. Learning more and more each day, but I see I still have more to read about.

I don't know much about Fibro, so I will have to read more. What symptoms seem similar to LC? I imagine that their very well could be a misdiagnosis, especially if the dr doesn't know much about LC or isn't a GI Dr, and even being a GI dr they might not think to test for it.

It's interesting to hear that Fibro folks do better on GF. There's got to be a common thread there somewhere that may be a key to figuring these diseases out. Who knows.
