Tuscan tomato bread salad!       08/08/03 03:34 AM Edit Reply Quote artist Reged: 05/28/03 Posts: 132 This past weekend we went to a BBQ and I needed to bring a side dish. I chose Tuscan tomato bread salad from Heather's book. I got some really fantastic rosemary crusty bread from this wonderful organic bakery. This dish is so beautiful and unusual when put together; everyone was very impressed. All the macaroni salads swimming in mayo looked quite pale and ordinary by comparison!
