It helped with bloating and the sharp pains in my side. However, I had to really be careful with my diet while on it which alleviated the constipation very little .. so for me, it wasn't a miracle drug. Now, that I'm off it I'm back to the way I was before.. so it was just a temporary solution, if that. Best of luck Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
